Message from the Chairman's Desk

Dear Kirat Religion Organization of PA (KROP) Members and Respected Community,

It is both an honor and a privilege to step into the role of Chairman for KROP, and I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our former Chairman, Mr. Ran Khajum, and Vice-Chairman, Mr. Mon Rai, for their dedicated service and meaningful contributions to the organization. Their leadership has been instrumental in guiding KROP through significant milestones, and I am deeply grateful for their steadfast commitment to our community’s mission.

I also wish to thank the current board members and advisors for entrusting me with the responsibility of serving the remainder of this term. I am committed to ensuring that KROP continues to serve the Kirat community in Pennsylvania with the dedication and integrity we collectively aspire to.

Moving forward, I want to reassure each of you that KROP will continue to operate based on the unified mandate of our community. Our organization’s decisions will reflect the collective will of the board, ensuring that all agendas align with KROP’s mission and the broader needs of our members.

Additionally, I am pleased to announce that our Bartaman Guru Janma Utsav and Annual General Meeting" will take place on 12/08/2024, at the Hampden Recreation Community Hall**. This special gathering offers an opportunity to come together in celebration and unity, honoring our cultural heritage while reflecting on KROP's progress and future plans. We encourage all members who wish to attend to make prior arrangements. Further details and agenda for the event will be shared soon.

I also encourage all community members to feel welcome to share suggestions and ideas with us to help propel KROP toward greater achievements. Collaboration and unity are at the heart of our organization’s purpose, and I am hopeful that, together, we can continue to preserve and promote our heritage, support one another, and enhance our integration into the wider American society.

Thank you once again for your trust and support. I look forward to working with each of you in this new chapter for KROP.
